Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using any Prismio extension (Chrome or Miro), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the extensions.

2. Description of service

Prismio Paths consists of two extensions:

• A Chrome extension that captures user interaction paths as screenshots and metadata.
• A Miro extension that imports and visualizes those paths on a Miro board.

The extensions are provided free of charge during the current phase.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Prismio Paths only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the extensions to capture content you do not have permission to record.
• Capture sensitive personal data of third parties without their consent.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the extensions without permission.

4. Intellectual property

All rights to the Prismio brand, logo, and extension code are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the extensions for their intended purpose.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Prismio Paths is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extensions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific use case.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prismio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the extensions.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the extensions after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law
